Chimichangas

Ingredients
2 lbs. hamburger, browned
2 packages dry taco seasoning mix
1 big can of tomato sauce
Enchilada sauce
8-10 flour tortillas
your choice of cheese (mexican, monteray jack)
lettuce, tomato, & sour cream

Directions
1. Brown the hamburger. Add the taco seasoning mix and half the tomato sauce; simmer.

2. In a flour tortilla, add sour cream (to taste), hamburger mixture, cheese of your choice. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.

3. Mix enchilada sauce and the remaining tomato sauce and warm. Pour over chimichangas. Top with cheese. Heat at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream.
